My education was through New York Institue of Photography.

I shoot with Nikon cameras.

I shoot with different lenses for different applications.

My lighting equipment ranges from shoe mount flash to strobe flash.

I continue to attend workshops and classes to grow my skills.

For 17 years I've had on the job experience in posing and proper placement of people for weddings, family session and seniors.

In 2009 and 2010 I was awarded the Martha Stewart "Brides Choice" award.

ABOUT MY WORK

My style of photography is a reflection of who I am. I like my images to be crisp and clean. The details tell so much of the story, and so I love to get in close and focus on the often times, overlooked images. Just like a mosaic, the small peices all come together to create a beautiful piece of art work.
Every image starts with light. The beauty of light shapes and makes a photo great. Every time I look through my lens so much goes through my mind but even before I take the shot I know what I want my image to look like. If I had to sum up my style I guess I would say "Simple Elegance."

ABOUT MY STYLE

Welcome to my land behind the lens. My name is Holly as you might have guessed by now and if we were to meet you'll find that I'm a very down to earth kind of girl. I was raised on a dairy farrm in Upstate New York and have traveled quite a bit with my wonderful husband. We loving living in the south and Clarksville, TN has provided many wonderful experiences for us since settling here. I'm an animal lover and have two adorable cats who think I live solely to perform their wishes, and wow, do I ever get "the look" when I don't come through.
